The story narrates the curious reflections of a young father put into a corner the by an unpredictable awakening of conscience. The disaster takes shape starting from a tormented summer holiday, an event that will be, however, only the sad antechamber of his troubles. During this unusual tale, multiple topics will be covered: from the crazy consequences due to terrible moments to a rehabilitation process adorned with faith, but also passing through in-depth criticisms on journalism, politics, science, food and technology. All to then find oneself catapulted into a much prophesied apocalypse, an epochal and unprecedented accident but which will surprisingly open up a truly original future.

Über den Autor / die Autorin

Alan Paccagnella was born in Cantù, in the province of Como. After having lent his voice to a radio broadcast, he later worked as a real estate consultant, also knowing how to carry out administrator duties. Almost suddenly, however, the wish to impose himself on burning issues arose, a desire that led his mind elsewhere and up to the commitment to publish this inedited novel.
