This master's thesis examines the importance of intercultural competence in the personnel development of multinational companies. Valerie Putze a obtenu un master en développement du personnel et de l'organisation à la Fachhochschule Wien WKW. Auparavant, elle a travaillé pendant 10 ans dans le domaine de l'aide aux réfugiés, où elle a beaucoup été en contact avec les questions interculturelles.
