'What Does All My Food Do?' is an educational, interactive and colourful children's book that playfully introduces the concept that the foods we eat help our bodies to function - allowing children to keep doing what they love doing most - PLAY!

Beautifully illustrated and told through rhyme and repetition, 'What Does All My Food Do?' highlights several common foods and the body parts they help to function - before all coming out as POO!

It's never too early to teach our kids about the positive connections between food and their bodies - helping to provide them with an educated foundation for their current and future health.

** 'What Does All My Food Do?' also features a BONUS 'Notes' section at the end of the book, providing parents, grandparents and other caregivers with a more in-depth explanation of the discussed foods and their effect on the relevant body parts - serving to not only educate the children, but the important adults in their lives too!
