Close observer of the political, economic and social life of our country since 1960, the year I entered sixth form at the Collège d'Orientation du Plateau, actor in the development of the Nation from 1970 to date, through a long professional career , I have accumulated a wealth of experience that I would very modestly like to make available to my country.I very sincerely believe, Mr. President, that the great open-mindedness which has always characterized your actions will allow me to express myself through these lines to make my modest contribution to the work of development of our country.My contribution without claiming to be exhaustive will address in a pragmatic manner with proposed solutions, all aspects of the daily life of the nation.

Ya N'guess Petrus è nato poco prima dell'indipendenza della Costa d'Avorio. Rimasto orfano di padre fin da piccolo, viene preso per mano dal patrigno (marito della madre). Di nuovo orfano, si forma in Francia, grazie alla buona volontà di altri. Al suo ritorno, ha ricoperto diverse posizioni di responsabilità in una grande azienda pubblica.
