Born in Romford Essex, Sarah Lewis developed a career as an arts teacher. From an early age, she has been a lover of the theatre, film and television. After gaining her degree at Leicester University, she went to a film school but finally trained as a drama teacher from Romford to Braintree, where she became a head of drama and spent 28 years teaching students to develop their skills in drama and theatre. She was a head of drama and arts in the USA at a summer camp.
After her retirement, she has devoted her time to writing, telling the imaginative stories to her daughter as a child and basing them on her travels. Forever imaginative!
