Xiwen Chenis Member of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress, Chairman of NPC Agriculture and Rural Work Committee, former Deputy Head and Director of the Central Rural Work Leading Group, Member of the Leading Group for the Construction of the Central Party, Member of the Steering Committee of the Central Spiritual Civilization Construction, Representative of the 16th, 17th, and 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and standing committee of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and Deputy Director of the Economic Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He has won many awards such as Sun Yefang Economic Science Award and China Development Research Award. He is Adjunct Professor at Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, China Agricultural University, and many other universities.

Houkai Wei, Ph.D. in Economics, is Directorand Researcher of the Rural Development Institute,  Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Doctoral Supervisor, and Member of the Agricultural and Rural Work Committee of the National People's Congress. He has been selected as a leading talent in national philosophical and social sciences ten thousand talents plan.

Yaping Song is Dean of Hubei Academy of Social Sciences, second-level Professor, Expert of special government allowance of the State Council, and Doctoral Supervisor of Wuhan University and Central China Normal University. He published more than 10 academic monographs such as Xian'an Political Reform, The Way Out, and China County System. He has published dozens of academic papers in important journals and newspapers such as People's Daily, Research on Modern History, Theoretical Exploration, Jianghan Forum, and 9 of them were reproduced in the full text of Xinhua Digest. He has won many national ministries and commissions awards, provincial party committee research results awards, and provincial government development research awards.
