Liquid Society and Its Law

This collection of essays brings together Zygmunt Bauman and a number of internationally distinguished legal scholars who examine the influence of Bauman's recent works on social theory of law and socio-legal studies. Contributors focus on the concept of 'liquid society' and its adoption by legal scholars. Über den Autor / die Autorin

Jirí Pribán is Professor in Cardiff Law School, Cardiff University, UK. He has published extensively in the areas of sociology of law, legal philosophy, constitutional and European comparative law, and theory of human rights. He is an editor of the Journal of Law and Society and a regular contributor to the BBC World Service, the Czech TV, newspapers and other periodicals.
