Über den Autor / die Autorin
Emma Lees is University Lecturer in Environmental and Property Law at the University of Cambridge, as well as Fellow and Director of Studies at Fitzwilliam College, University of Cambridge. She has been an academic consultant for the Law Commission on the on-going Land Registration project and is author of a number of books and papers concerned with property and environmental law.
