we have always kept in view the examination requirements of the students and various difficulties and troubles, which they face, while studying the subject. All along the approach to the subject matter, every care has been taken to deal with each and every topic as well as problem from the fundamentals and in the simplest possible manner, within the mathematical ability of an average student. The subject matter has been amply illustrated by incorporating a good number of solved, unsolved and well graded examples of almost every variety. Most of these examples are taken from the recent examination papers of Indian as well as foreign Universities and professional examining bodies, to make the students, familiar with the types of questions, usually set in their examinations.
