Claiming Compensation under Third-Party of Marine Collision - In Al-Blah Branch-Suez Canal

This book is intended for reviewing, the compensation in the collision incident and the claims filed to meet the compensation divided into three sections. In the first section a detailed study of the rooting of marine insurance was presented through the maritime insurance contract. The second section is about the seizure of the ship in Egyptian law and international agreements as the main source of financing for the third party's accommodation. In the third section, the claim for compensation of the third party presented in terms of the legal basis of that claim, and the judicial jurisdiction in accordance with Egyptian law and the competent international treaties.
