Shelley M. Hess, and internationally acclaimed author and lecturer, specializes in holistic salon care. She had been a guest of the American Medical Association's Dermatological Conference for two years and is a member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists, CIDESCO-USA, and the National Cosmetology Association' Fashion Committee - Aesthetic Division. She is currently the president of Facemaker Enterprises in Anaheim Hills California.
