Dr. Jean Bagula Safari is an experienced physician with humanitarian experience, having worked on the establishment of the Ebola Treatment Center (ETC) in Macenta, Guinea. He also worked in the Democratic Republic of Congo at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Régional des Grands-Lacs in the Tropical Medicine Department.
