The Work Programme of the Government of the Republic of Belarus for the period until 2025 sets the task to reach the level of innovation development of the leading countries in the Eastern Europe region in five years. To achieve this goal, it is planned to create new points of growth of the Belarusian economy, including through implementation of complex "projects of the future" - new innovation projects in the following areas: electrical industry, electric transport, bioindustry, pharmaceutics, robotics, instrumentmaking, production of composite materials, and development of a line of experimental models of principally new equipment for Belarus and organization of mass production on their basis. The solution of this problem should and will be based on the certain experience of the previous years. All the more so because there is a lot to build on. Suffice it to say that over the past five years Belarus has increased production of innovative products by half, up to almost seven and a half billion dollars. Much hope in this respect is pinned today on international cooperation with foreign partners and international organizations. How are these issues being solved today? This study is about that.
