This book is not a self-help catalogue for personal growth. It is not a recipe for following instructions to the letter and ensuring commercial success in three months. It simply constitutes the systematization of an experience that in that same period of application in a branch of a commercial network, allowed to overcome objectives of profitability, in a reliable way, not perfect, but conscious of how perfectible it is and always with the certainty that it 'can be improved will benefit us all. We start from a reality, the commercial must be profitable from the first moment of its hiring. Therefore, theoretical and practical training is unquestionably a way of consolidating learning, which otherwise would only be isolated experiences of each one, of one's own personal history, which often lead to traumatic anecdotes, and high turnover, when the truth is that they have many elements in common, and are well pondered. Therefore, if the reader decides to apply this manual, it is not worth gathering the team of supervisors and team leaders for a weekend.
