Professor Anusuya Chinsamy-Turan is a palaeontologist currently working at the University of Cape Town. Her expertise is in the structure of bones - both of prehistoric and modern animals. She has previously written academic titles as well as a children's book on dinosaurs - Famous Dinosaurs of Africa (Struik, 2008).
