The concept of governance is seen as a key concept that is / is desired to be used instead of the concept of management in many disciplines today. The desire for a more moderate management by reducing the cold and rigid effects of the administration has been important in the spread of this concept. Governance, which means management done together in a conceptual sense, emphasizes efficiency and productivity in meeting the need for management as a democratic effective management. In management science, the concept that refers to the management performed together in the management process emphasizes the realization of political processes with the participation of many actors in political science, and refers to the participation-oriented decision-making process in economic policies in the field of economy. The work, which includes the developments in the fields of management, politics and economy in the perspective of governance, aims to explain the relationship between governance and democracy with reflections in these disciplines. It is thought that the work, written for this purpose, will guide people interested in the subject, especially academics and students, in the field of governance and democracy in the field of social sciences.

Nació en Samsun en 1983. Se licenció en la Universidad Cumhuriyet de Sivas en 2004, hizo un máster en la Universidad Gaziosmanpäa de Tokat en 2007 y se doctoró en la Universidad de Estambul en 2012. Actualmente es jefe de departamento y profesor en la Universidad de Tokaat Gaziosmanpäa, en el departamento de Administración Pública.
