Katie Haworth (Author) Katie Haworth is an editor and writer originally from New Zealand, where she was a Commissioning Editor at Penguin Books. She is the author of several picture books, including
Petunia Paris's Parrot and
Emma Jane's Aeroplane and she now works as an Editorial Director in London.
Britta Teckentrup (Illustrator) Britta Teckentrup is an award winning illustrator, author and fine artist. She was born in Hamburg and grew up in a city called Wuppertal. She moved to London in 1988 to study illustration and fine art at St Martin's College and the Royal College of Art. Her awards include two Special Mentions at the Bologna Ragazzi Award for

The Egg.
