He is also a Senior Member of IEEE.Jemin Lee is an Associate Professor at the department of Information and Communication Engineering, Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology (DGIST), Korea.Tony Q.S. Quek is a tenured Professor with the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), and co-editor of Cloud Radio Access Networks (Cambridge, 2017).Chih-Lin I is Chief Scientist for Wireless at China Mobile and co-author of Green and Software-defined Wireless Networks (Cambridge, 2019).
