There is great need to know the relationship between marital adjustment and depression anxiety and stress in Mysore culture. This study helps to know the material adjustment and depression anxiety and stress among non-working and working couple of HIV infected one. Here, researcher interested to know whether there is any relationship between the variable and how the HIV is playing role in couples marital life? also how they lead the life in known society? HIV infected people specially women become irritable and due to their complexes ,attitude and became more heatedness and misconception as well, so acceptance of HIV is very difficult in both non-working and working couple after knowing the result ,how they react each other and facing the situation of reality is very difficult. After knowing the reality how they meet one's needs. This is very interesting to compare the marital and adjustment and their level of depression anxiety and stress from both sides.
