Arr. 8. Les conditions à remplir pour devenir membre titu laire, ou pour obtenir le titre de correspondant national sont t° d'étre présenté par trois membres qui inscrivent leur proposition sur le grand registre et y apposent leur signature; 2° d'adresser au président une demande écrite; 3° d'obtenir au scrutin secret la ma jorité des suffrages des membres présents. Ce scrutin a lieu dans la séance qui suit l'inscription de la candidature.
