Hayek Program for Advanced Study in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, Mercatus Center at George Mason University. Jayme S. Lemke, senior fellow with the F. A. Hayek Program for Advanced Study in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, USAVirgil Henry Storr is an Associate Professor of Economics in the Department of Economics, George Mason University, the Don C. Lavoie Senior Fellow in the F.A. Hayek Program in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, and the Vice President of Academic and Student Programs at the Mercatus Center.
