Before entering upon these points it may be re marked, that part of the first section of the Report upon the high price Of gold comprises the subject of that Report; that it's excessive parts, including evidence and appendix, are little noticed on that account; and that it's arguments, acknowledged to have been borrowed from the Wealth of Nations, are borrowed, plagiary-like, with interest.
