Arr. 4. Un comité central de trente membres, se recrutant lui même par voie d'élection parmi les membres titulaires, est chargé de veiller aux intérêts matériels, moraux et scientifiques de la Société. Les membres du Comité central peuvent seuls voter sur les modifications des statuts et règlement. Les membres du Bureau et de la Commission de publication ne peuvent être choisis que parmi les membre: du Comité central.
