Nell'auto di Aldo Moro, sequestrato la mattina del 16 marzo 1978 dalle Brigate Rosse mentre si recava alla Camera dei deputati, veniva ritrovato un articolo scritto qualche giorno prima, in cui lo statista offriva un'originale interpretazione della più recente storia italiana, dal luglio 1960 al movimento del 1968 e alle sue conseguenze.
