She uses her own strengths (Relator, Command, Connectedness, Maximizer and Individualization) to offer insight, ask probing questions and guide her clients toward more effective and confident use of their strengths. Recently this has included helping her clients bring book projects to fruition, including: Friends Resurrect by Tom McMullen & Dick Lund, and Hidden Treasures in Secret Places by Velma Hagar Ristaino.
