Informationen zum Autor David Perfect has carried out research on Gambian politics and history since 1983 and is the author or co-author of three books on The Gambia, including the fourth and fifth editions of this publication. A Visiting Professor at the University of Chester since 2017, he formerly worked in research management for the Equal Opportunities Commission and the Equality and Human Rights Commission (1988-2020).
