Über den Autor / die Autorin

Karen Ordahl Kupperman is Silver Professor of History at New York University. She received her Ph.D. from Cambridge University and is the author of many award-winning books and articles, including the American Historical Associations Albert J. Beveridge Award for her book PROVIDENCE ISLAND, 1630-1641: THE OTHER PURITAN COLONY(1993), and most recently, The American Historical Association Prize in Atlantic History.
