Informationen zum Autor Stephen Palmer is one of the UK's most influential experts in stress management. He is Founder Director of the Centre for Stress Management and Honorary Professor of Psychology at City University, London. He has written or edited over 20 books on stress management and counselling. Sir Cary Cooper , CBE, is the 50th Anniversary Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health at the ALLIANCE Manchester Business School. Based in Macclesfield, UK, he is also the Chair of the National Forum for Health and Wellbeing at Work. He was President of the CIPD, the British Academy of Management, RELATE and Institute of Welfare. He has been voted the Most Influential HR Thinker by HR Magazine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Management. He is President of the British Academy of Management, is a Companion of the Chartered Management Institute and one of the first UK based Fellows of the (American) Academy of Management.
