HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi, ) is an internationally aknowledged test which certifies the level of Chinese as a foreign language. The obtained "HSK level" has a particular significance in the academic sector (foreigners wishing to attend a Chinese university) as well as in job applications.
In other words : TOEFL for English, DELE for Spanish, HSK for Chinese.
This box contains learning cards for all words required for HSK levels 1-3 (i.e. levels A1, A2 and B1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Language Learning and Teaching (CEF)).

Having been fascinated by Asian culture since his childhood, the autor Rainer Stahlmann first became acquainted to the Chinese language in 1997. During his studies of Communications and Media Engineering in Germany, he developed his idea to "Han Trainer Pro", which shows as the subject for his diploma thesis. Finally, he turned the project into a program ready for the market during his studies at Jiao Tong Universiy in China.
