Über den Autor / die Autorin
Gerhard Wieser ist Küchenmeister und Diätkoch. ER ist ebenfalls Mitglied im Weltbund der Kochverbände als WACS GLOBAL MASTER CHEF. Derzeit ist er als Küchenchef im Fünf-Sterne-Hotel Castel in Dorf Tirol tätig, dessen Küche er zu zwei Michelin-Sternen und drei Gault Millau-Hauben führte.
