In Columbia Pictures' heart-racing sci-fi adventure Zathura, two squabbling brothers are propelled into deepest, darkest space while playing a mysterious game they discovered in the basement of their old house. On their fantastic journey, they are joined by a stranded astronaut and must survive meteor showers, hostile lizard-like aliens, a rocket-propelled robot run amok and an intergalactic spaceship battle. Unless they finish the game and reach the planet Zathura, they could be trapped in outer space forever.

In this heart-racing science fiction adventure, Zathura, two squabbling brothers are propelled into deepest, darkest space while playing a mysterious game discovered in the basement of their old house. On their fantastic journey, they are joined by a stranded astronaut and must survive meteor showers, hostile lizard-like aliens, a rocket-propelled robot who runs amok and an intergalactic spaceship battle. Unless they finish the game, and reach the planet Zathura, they could be trapped in outer space forever.

    ZATHURA - EIN ABENTEUER IM WELTRAUM ist unterhaltsam und kindgerecht. Erwachsene werden mit dem Filmklassiker JUMANJI (1995) allerdings mehr anfangen können (selber Autor). Für Kids aber empfehlenswert, da sie ihn nach Filmende gleich ein weiteres Mal anschauen wollten :-)

    Dieser Film war der beste der ich in meinem ganzen Leben gesehen habe!!!!!

    Kann durchaus mit JUMANJI verglichen werden (stammt vom selben Schriftsteller). Ist aber eher für jüngere Zuschauer, d.h. nicht ganz so interessant wie Jumanji. Aber ein Auge kann man riskieren.
