Clint Eastwood plays a hard-hitting drifter who rides into town and single-handedly rescues a local nun (Shirley MacLaine) from a gang of attackers in Two Mules for Sister Sara. After meeting a band of Mexican revolutionaries bent on resisting the French occupation of Mexico, the cowboy and Sister Sara decide to join forces with the freedom fighters and set off on a deadly mission to capture the enemy's garrison.     Kann nicht an die Italo-Western anschliessen ,paar gute Sprüche und thats it ,einer der schlechteren eastwood Western wen nicht sogar der schlechteste.

    Ein gut gemachter, unterhaltsamer Western im Italowestern-Stil mit tollen Hauptdarstellern, die gut miteinander harmonieren.

    ein leider oft unterschätztes Kleinod des Western-genres. Wie Eastwood besoffen eine Brücke sprengen muss, ist für mich etwas vom lustigsten was es von ihm gibt. Er spielt zwar nach wie vor den eher einsilbigen Typ, aber mit viel mehr Humor als sonst. Die liebe Nonne ist ebenfalls grossartig.
