Informationen zum Autor Daniel Laurence dreams of adventure on the high seas from his home in Minnesota. Mr. Laurence is a parent, an elementary educator, and a children's reading specialist. This is his first book. Claudio Muñoz was born in Chile and moved to England as a young man. His drawings have appeared in many major newspapers and magazines. His illustrations for children's books have been short-listed for the Mother Goose and Smarties awards, and in 1997 he won the French Prix du Livre de la Mer for Le Petit Capitaine (The Little Captain).
