Volker Oesterreich, geboren 1960, arbeitete mehrere Jahre als Feuilleton-Redakteur bei der Berliner Morgenpost und hat bereits zahlreiche Bücher und Reportagen zu Reisethemen, insbesondere über Berlin, veröffentlicht.
