Informationen zum Autor Jabari Asim is an associate professor of writing at Emerson College and a recipient of the prestigious Guggenheim Fellowship. He has written for the Washington Post and is the editor of the NCAAP magazine, The Crisis . He lives in Boston, with his wife and five children. LeUyen Pham (pronounced Lay-win ) was born in Saigon, Vietnam and grew up in Southern California. She attended the Art Center College of Design and worked as a layout artist for Dreamworks before illustrating children's books full-time. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and baby boy.
