Informationen zum Autor Joe Sim is Emeritus Professor of Criminology at Liverpool John Moores University, UK. He has written extensively about prisons, the state and punishment. He was a member of the Radical Alternatives to Prison Collective and is currently a Trustee of the charity INQUEST. David Whyte is professor of Socio-legal Studies at the University of Liverpool, where he teaches sociology and criminology and researches the relationship between law and institutional power. His most recent books are Neoliberalism and the Moral Economy of Fraud (ed. with Jörg Wiegratz, 2016), Corporate Human Rights Violations (with Stefanie Khoury, 2017), and The Violence of Austerity (ed. with Vickie Cooper, 2017).
