This book addresses aging in the setting ofthe "Knowledge Economy" and indicates that aging inthe "Knowledge Economy" does not necessarily justmean challenges, but also means unprecedentedopportunities. This argument is made based oncritiquing and interpreting economic andgerontology theories, presenting empirical data andanalyses, and a case study.
