Dr. Sánchez-Casal is the founding Director of the Hamilton College Inter-Cultural Women's Empowerment Group (ICWES). Se is a member of the Future of Minority Studies (FMS) Coordinating Team. AMIE A. MACDONALD is Associate Professor of Philosophy at John Jay College of Criminal Justice/City University of New York.
