Informationen zum Autor Moti Mordehai Mironi is Associate Professor of Law at Haifa University and Adjunct Professor in the Radzyner School of Law at The Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Herzliya. Professor Mironi received his Ph.D. at Cornell University. He has successfully mediated and arbitrated hundreds of disputes in various fields. After being on strike for over ten weeks, the parties entered mediation under the auspices of the Israeli government. This book recounts the mediation process.
