James Arthur is Professor of Education and Head of the School of Education at the University of Birmingham, UK. He is Editor of the British Journal of Educational Studies and Director of the Jubilee Centre for Character and Virtues, UK.Father Guy Nicholls is a graduate of King's College, Cambridge, UK, and Parish Priest of the Oratory of St. Philip Neri in Birmingham, UK.Richard Bailey is a writer and researcher in education and sport. A former teacher in both primary and secondary schools and a teacher trainer, he has been Professor at a number of leading Universities in the UK. He now lives and works in Germany, where he is Manager of Sport and Health at the International Council of Sport Science and Physical Education.
