Biscotti uses a variety of media – installation, sculpture, performance, sound and film – for her artistic practice which centres on questions of time and memory – a body of work grounded in a concept of history understood as an ecosystem of active relationships, based on investigation and research. This volume offers an extensive analysis of her 20-year practice, an illustrated chronology of her works and an anthology of key texts and interviews by international authors that trace the evolution of Biscotti’s artistic trajectory.
