The Author Dr. K. Somasekhar is working as Associate Professor having fourteen years teaching experience. He has two Ph.Ds one in History, one in Law to his credit. He got 3rd Rank in History and Gold Medal in Master of Laws. He has published 25 Articles in local journals and six in International Journals. He was selected as best teacher for 2017.
