Yun Bian, MD, PhD
Dr. Yun Bian is a Professor, Chief Physician, and medical imaging expert at the First Affiliated Hospital, Naval Medical University, where she serves as the Deputy Director and Deputy Party Branch Secretary of the Department of Radiology. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship in pathology.
With over 20 years of experience in medical imaging, her primary research is focused on the precision diagnosis of pancreatic diseases. She has held numerous academic positions, including committee member of the Chinese Society of Imaging Research; committee member of the Radiology Branch of the Chinese Geriatric Medical Association; Deputy Head of the Molecular Imaging Group, Shanghai Medical Association (SMA) Radiology Branch; committee member and secretary of the Youth Group, SMA Radiology Branch; Deputy Head of the AI Group, Shanghai Medical Doctor Association (SMDA) Radiology Committee; and committee member of the Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumor Committee, Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association.
In the last five years, Dr. Bian was named a "Shanghai Oriental Talent." She has authored four clinical guidelines on pancreatic diseases and has served as the principal investigator for ten national and municipal grants, including projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China. She has published hundreds of papers on pancreatic diseases in both Chinese and English as the corresponding or first author in leading international journals, including Nature Medicine, Nature Communications, npj Digital Medicine, Radiology, IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, and the International Journal of Surgery. She is the chief editor of Pathology and Imaging of the Pancreas and Pancreatic Multidisciplinary Teaching Collection. 
Hui Jiang, MD, PhD
Dr. Hui Jiang is an Associate Professor, Associate Chief Physician, and pathology expert in the Department of Pathology at the First Affiliated Hospital, Naval Medical University. She also completed a postdoctoral fellowship in medical imaging.
With over 20 years of experience, her research is focused on the pathological diagnosis of pancreatic diseases. She serves as the subspecialty leader for pancreatic pathology in her department and has established the first research system in China for pancreatic pathology utilizing large-section techniques.
Dr. Jiang has held ten academic appointments, including youth committee member of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association (CMDA) Pancreatology Committee; committee member of the Transplant Pathology Group (and working secretary of the Cardiovascular Pathology Group), Chinese Medical Association (CMA) Organ Transplantation Branch; youth committee member of the Shanghai Medical Association (SMA) Pathology Branch; and committee member of the Neuroendocrine Tumor Committee, Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association. She also serves on the youth editorial board for the Chinese Journal of Clinical and Experimental Pathology.
She has served as chief editor or co-editor for eight books and has led the development of one clinical guideline. Dr. Jiang has published over 30 papers as the first or corresponding author and has participated in 13 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Her honors include a Third-Class Military Merit, the "Outstanding 'Four Virtues' Civilian Personnel" award, and multiple university-level awards for excellence in teaching.
Chengwei Shao, MD, PhD
Dr. Chengwei Shao is a Professor, Chief Physician, and expert in medical imaging. He serves as the Director and Party Branch Secretary of the Department of Radiology at the First Affiliated Hospital, Naval Medical University. He is a doctoral supervisor and the academic leader for the department, which is designated as both a National Clinical Key Specialty and an All-Army Clinical Key Specialty.
With over 30 years of experience in the field, his research is primarily dedicated to the precision diagnosis of pancreatic diseases. He has held numerous prominent academic roles, including Vice Chairman of the Radiology Branch of the Chinese Geriatric Medical Association; committee member of the Abdominal Group, Chinese Medical Association (CMA) Radiology Branch; committee member of the Shanghai Medical Association (SMA) Radiology Branch; Head of the Abdominal Groups for both the SMA Radiology Branch and the Chinese Medical Doctor Association (CMDA) Radiology Branch; and committee member of the All-Army Molecular Imaging and Nuclear Medicine Committee.
In the past five years, Dr. Shao has been a recipient of the Shanghai "Oriental Talents" program and has received a Military Science and Technology Achievement Award. He has led the development of five clinical guidelines related to pancreatic diseases and has served as the principal investigator for nine research grants, including projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and various Shanghai-level research and talent funds.
