Constellation work with the system board has long since ceased to take place exclusively in psychotherapeutic practices. This instrument is also becoming increasingly important in systemic counseling practice. Nevertheless, the seemingly playful nature of its implementation, the simplicity of its application and the trust in the client's ability to find solutions are met with skepticism by many consultants: some still believe that solutions have to be worked out "hard". Even in social work, the system board is only very hesitantly gaining a foothold. This book aims to give social work professionals an insight into the history and practical application of the system board. This means of communication is not so much a new method (again!), but rather a certain way of looking at the world. The aim is to encourage counselors in social work to try out this new way of looking at the world - and thereby increase not only their own scope for action, but also that of their clients.
