Addressing key competencies outlined by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education and the European Board of Education, the book delves into a wide range of ethical and systemic issues, including discrimination, autonomy, euthanasia, justice, the role of physicians in conflict zones, and the influence of the pharmaceutical industry.

Contributors from across the globe offer culturally distinct perspectives that deepen the conversation around each topic.
