Shagufa Kapadia is Emeritus Professor in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, India. Her scholarly interest centers on cultural foundations of human development with focus on adolescence and youth development, self and identity, morality, parenting and socialization, and gender issues. Prof. Kapadia has received prestigious awards and fellowships, including the Fulbright Senior Research Fellowship (2003-04) and the Shastri Indo-Canadian Faculty Research Award (2006 and 2010). She is India Coordinator of the International Society for the Study of Behavioral Development (ISSBD) and South Asia Regional Representative of the International Association of Cross-Cultural Psychology (IACCP). 
Rachana Bhangaokar is Associate Professor in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, India. Her research interests include cultural psychology, Indian perspectives on moral development including concepts of Dharma, Karma Yoga and Shraddha, youth civic engagement, and Gandhian philosophy. She has received research funding from various national and international bodies. She has been Recipient of the Fulbright Junior Research Fellowship at the University of Chicago, USA (2004-05), and has participated in the Fulbright-Nehru International Education Administration Seminar (2015).
