Meditation and the gift of discernment are the two greatest gifts I've ever given myself and they both cost me nothing other than the willingness and the bravery to agree to know the purpose of my life. I consider direct soul communication to be the most valuable tool we can attain to live a sane, happy and spiritually directed life.
It is extremely important we become aware of our thoughts, feelings and emotions and to understand we have the power to control and change all of these. It is easier to do once we have the conscious assistance of our soul through soul communication. It is important to understand the information given to us by our souls is not an order, but merely a suggestion, and the soul, God, will never take away our free will even when we deliberately turn our will over to God.
Our goal needs to be to listen vertically before we act horizontally.
Thinking means to create, to be. That is why it is very important to know how to meditate, how to create pure and divine thought forms to increase vitality and health for onesself, Humanity and nature.
