Dr. Richardson completed a residency in otolaryngology at the Medical University Hospital, Charleston, and a fellowship in pediatric otolaryngology at the Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Cincinnati, Ohio. NORMAN R. FRIEDMAN is Associate Professor, Department of Otolaryngology and Pediatrics, University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Denver. He received the B.A. degree from the Plan II honors program at the University of Texas, Austin, and the M.D. degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Dallas.
