Mathew Mercuri, PhD, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine and an associate member of the Department of Philosophy at McMaster University and holds appointments at the University of Toronto and the University of Johannesburg. Brian S. Baigrie, PhD, is an Associate Professor at the Institute for the History and Philosophy of Science and Technology and the Institute for Health Policy, Management & Evaluation at the University of Toronto. Steven K. Baker, MSc, MD, FRCP(C), is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine and the HHAC Chair in Neuromuscular Rehabilitation at McMaster University.
