Ying Feng,
a leadership member of Chengdu Technological University. Feng is recognized as a leading academic and technical figure of Sichuan Province and an outstanding individual in personnel work within the educational system of Sichuan Province. She engages in human resource development and management, green economy, and higher education. She has published about 40 papers, undertaken over 30 research projects, and authored 4 monographs.

Qianglin Li,
Ph.D. in Science, currently serves as the Director of the Professor Committee of the School of Materials and Environmental Engineering at Chengdu Technological University, and is affiliated with the Sichuan Engineering Research Center for Small and Medium-sized Intelligent Sewage Treatment Equipment. He was awarded as a "Reserve Candidate for Academic and Technical Leaders in Sichuan Province." His main research focuses on the research and application of environmental functional materials and sewage treatment. In recent years, he has published more than 50 papers and 6 books.

Malin Song
, is full Professor and vice president of Anhui University of Finance and Economics. He is the member of Chinese National 100 Million Talents Project and awarded the honorary title of "Young and middle-aged experts with Outstanding Contributions", and the Scientific committee of the Inter-University Sustainable Development Research Program. He is the editor-in-chief of
Management of Environmental Quality
, Elsevier's Most Cited Chinese Researcher in 2020 and 2021. In recent years, he mainly engaged in the research of data envelopment analysis and environmental economic statistics, especially in the evaluation methods of environmental efficiency and the applications.

Jiandong Chen
, Ph.D. in Economics from the Manchester Business School, is the head of the Energy Economics Branch of the Chinese Economic Association (UK/Europe) and the Chinese lead of the Carbon Neutrality Working Committee of the Sino-UK Innovation Research Network, established jointly by the University of Oxford and the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is a Distinguished Professor of the “Guanghua Talent Project” at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and a doctoral supervisor, and Elsevier Highly Cited Researcher. As the first author, he has published over 100 papers, with several appearing in Nature-branded journals.

Yichao  Ding
, Ph.D. in Engineering, currently serves as the Dean of the School of Materials and Environmental Engineering at Chengdu Technological University. His primary research focus is on the research and application of vanadium-titanium metal materials. In recent years, he has published over 40 papers.
